摘要
实验研究了2种类型的β晶型成核剂对嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PP-B)管材料韧性、刚性以及热变形温度的影响,并对改性前后材料的结晶行为进行对比分析,验证了球晶转变的发生并探讨了β晶型球晶的增韧机理。结果表明,由于β晶型成核剂的加入,材料中生成了大量的β晶,α晶的数量大为减少。β晶的大量生成是材料冲击强度提高的内在原因。
The influence of two kinds of β-nucleator on the toughness, rigidness and thermal deformation temperature of blockco- polymeric polypropylene (PP-B) pipe is studied in laboratory. The crystallization behavior before and after modification is compared and analyzed, the sphaerocrystal change is tested and verified, and the toughening mechanism of β-sphaeroerystal is discussed. The results show that the quantity offl-sphaerocrystal increases greatly while a-sphaerocrystal reduces due to addition of r-nucleator. The quantity of β-sphaerocrystal increases greatly is regarded as the immanent cause to enhance the impact strength of the material.
