Determination of sulfur compounds in natural gas by GC-FPD method

摘要 采用火焰光度检测(GC-FPD)法测定了天然气中的硫化物组成,考察了色谱分析的重复性和分流歧视效应的影响。通过对天然气中硫化氢和7种有机硫化物的分析,发现色谱响应值与硫浓度呈现良好的幂指数关系,相关系数均在0.980以上。重复性实验结果表明,对同一样品重复测定5次,各组分的相对标准偏差均在10%以内。另外考察了分流歧视效应对不同硫化物分析的影响,结果表明,低沸点的轻组分分析结果较实际含量稍高,而重组分分析结果较实际含量偏低。 Hydrogen sulfide and 7 volatile organic sulfur compounds in natural gas are determined by GC - FPD method. The re- sults show that the response peak area fits well with the power exponent of the sulfur concentration, which agrees with the response mechanism of FPD detector. Five times of repeatable analysis of the same sample show that the relative standard deviation of all of the sulfur compounds are below 10%. Besides, discrimination effects by different split ratios are also studied, which indicates that the analy- sis results of the light organic sulfur compounds with lower boiling points are a little larger than the true values,while the heavy sulfur compounds show relative smaller values.
