摘要
基于对中低压变电站的应用,设计了一种针对中低压变电站系统的电子互感器数字化传输方法。该方法包括基于CAN的网络传输结构及其电压电流采样软同步的实现、对电子互感器数据压缩编码算法等。设计了硬件试验系统,对提出的理论方法进行了验证。试验结果表明,该方法对不同间隔电压电流采样的同步精度能达到7.5′,对于稳态基波信号可以实现0.1级准确度的传输,传输方法能满足速断响应的时间要求。表明该方法基本能满足在中低压系统中保护与测量的应用要求,对于数字化变电站的研究有一定意义。
A digital transmission method of electronic transformer for medium or low voltage substation was designed, including CAN bus-based transmission structure, synchronous sampling, and compression coding algorithm. A hardware test system was also designed to validate the proposed method. The results show that the synchronization precision of the proposed method can reach 7.5'for voltage and current sampling with different intervals, for the steady-state fundamental signal the transmission accuracy can get to 0.1 class, and the transmission method can meet the time requirement for quick-break response. The proposed method can meet the requirements of protection and measurement for medium or low voltage substation on the whole.
