Discussion on Automatic Assembly-line of High Voltage Electric Product

随着中国高压开关设备行业的快速发展,自动化装配技术已成为企业的迫切需要。笔者通过对高压开关设备自动化装配过程分析,探讨高压开关设备自动化装配工艺方案和装配线规划,以及高压开关设备自动化装配线布局方案,展现自动化装配在高压开关设备领域的应用前景。

With rapid development of high voltage switchgear industry in China, the automatic assemblytechnique has become urgent need of enterprises. This paper analyzes automatic assembly process of high voltage switchgears, discusses technologic solution, design idea, and layout of automatic assembly line, and describes application prospect of automatic assembly in high voltage switchgear production.
