摘要
零件毛刺是液压机构产生油液杂质的主要因素之一,去毛刺是保证机构质量的重要工艺手段。热能法通过高压可燃气体瞬间燃爆将毛刺熔化、氧化,从而有效去除零件表面毛刺。对比分析多种常用去毛刺方法,根据液压机构零件特点,经过多次试制,得出热能法用于液压机构金属零件的工艺参数,并通过磨合试验去毛刺效果和质量。
Burr on parts may result in oil contamination of hydraulic mechanism. The burr can be melted and oxidized by the thermal energy method (TEM) through immediate deflagration of high-pressure combustible gas. In this paper, several common deburring methods are compared, and the parameters of TEM-based deburring process are obtained according to the characteristics of the parts of hydraulic mechanism and multi-test results. Running-in tests verify the effectiveness and quality of the deburring process.
