依托电子病历的PICC置管信息管理系统的开发及应用

Design and Application of PICC Indwelling Information Management System Based on Electronic Medical Record

目的:通过信息化手段提高PICC置管护理质量,提高患者满意度。方法:采用Client/Middleware/Server体系结构、PowerBuilder10编程工具以及SQL SERVER 2008数据库技术,通过与医院电子病历平台共享数据的方式,开发了医院PICC置管信息管理系统并加以应用。结果:通过对PICC置管患者建立电子档案,实现了PICC护理各个环节的控制,提高了医院PICC的护理质量。结论:PICC置管信息管理系统的成功实施,对预防医疗失误、提高PICC护理质量和管理水平起到十分重要的促进作用。

Abstract Objective To improve PICC indwelling quality by informatized means. Methods Client/Middleware/server architecture, PowerBuilder 10 programming tools and SQL SERVER 2008 database technology were used to develop the system, with the data shared with the hospital electronic medical record platform, Results Electronic record was established for the PICC indwelling patient, then all steps for PICC nursing could be monitored and controlled. Conclusion PICC indwelling information management system contributes a lot to the enhancement of PICC nursing quality.
