摘要 认知电子战是建立在具有一定认知性能的电子战装备基础上,注重自主学习能力与智能处理能力的电子战新形态。通过对认知无线电技术、已有电子对抗技术与软件无线电技术的集成,认知电子战装备对电磁环境实时感知能力以及干扰的快速反应能力都得到了大幅提升。发展认知电子战有助于提高对复杂电磁环境的适应能力以及形成与目标电子设备技战术水平相应的对抗能力。作为未来电子战的发展趋势,认知电子战将推动电子战作战方式的变革。 Cognitive electronic warfare, based on the electronic warfare equipment with cognition ability, is a new form of electronic warfare, which attaches importance to independent learning and intelligentialize. Inte- grated by cognitive radio, the presented electronic countermeasure technology, and software radio, cognitive e- lectronic warfare equipment's performance of real-time perception and rapid response in jamming is advanced largely. Developing cognitive electronic warfare is helpful to adapt the complex electromagnetic environment and generate the corresponding countermeasure capability against the target electronic equipment. Cognitive e- lectronic warfare, as a development tendency in the future, will promote the revolution of electronic warfare operation pattern.
