摘要
提出了一种能量互馈式城市轨道车辆交流传动试验系统方案,介绍了城市轨道车辆交流传动试验系统的原理及组成,分析了试验系统主电路的组成以及储能变流装置的电路拓扑,给出了储能变流装置3种不同的工作模态和工作原理的分析,结合电压电流双闭环控制实现超级电容的储能,从而控制再生制动能量的回收。利用城市轨道车辆交流传动试验平台可开发电力牵引系统、电制动控制系统、模拟列车在预定线路和预定载荷及司机手柄位控制下运行,同时利用检测系统对试验数据进行采集和处理。系统具有节能、工作可靠,精度高等特点。
The paper proposes mass transit vehicle AC drive experiment system with feedback-energy, and introduces the structure and running principle of mass transit vehicle AC drive experiment system, and analyzes the composition of the main circuit of the experimen- tal system and the circuit topology of energy storage converter device. Detail working models and circuit principle are introduced at first in this paper. Together with a double closed loop voltage-current control, this is applied for super-capacitor energy storage of relevant construction machinery. Thus make this platform give play to the role of the exploitation of the electric drive and brake control system, drive inverter. To utilize it can develop characteristic of drive and brake control system , simulate train transport running under the circuit and load were booked and the control of driver handle location, at the same time, using detection systems for experimental data to exquisite and process. The system possesses the characteristics of energy-saving, reliable work and high accuracy.
