摘要 THDS快速标定设备是为了实现对红外线探测系统进行快速标定而研制,单面高精度黑体辐射源对红外线探测设备标定时,需要多次调节黑体辐射源的温度,并逐一标定,耗时费力。经改进的THDS快速标定设备可一次性设置三面黑体辐射源温度,完成快速标定,减少作业人员的上线时间。该设备在保持黑体辐射源技术性能前提下,对黑体的结构、形状体积和PID温度控制仪表,重新进行了设计研制。 THDS quick calibration device is developed in order to achieve rapid calibration of infrared detection system. When the singlesided high-precision blackbody source calibrates Infrared detection device, it requires adjust the temperature of the blackbody source many times and calibrate it one by one, which is not only time-consuming but also labor-intensive. However, THDS fast calibration device can mediate three sides of the blackbody source temperature at one time and calibrate quickly, which reduces the operating personnel on-line time. The device re-design the structure, shape and volume of blackbody and PID temperature control instrumentation under the premise that maintaining the technical performance of the blackbody radiation source.
