摘要
用由一个赤桉芽培育成的芽丛作为实验材料 ,在无菌条件下进行扦插 ,对扦插苗不定根的发生与多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性变化的关系进行了研究 .结果表明 :组培芽丛在未切割扦插之前 ,其多酚氧化酶活性最高 ,扦插后其活性下降 ,且生根少者 ,多酚氧化酶活性下降最多 ,生根多者 ,多酚氧化酶活性次之 ,只长愈伤组织而未生根者 ,多酚氧化酶活性下降最少 ;过氧化物酶活性则不然 ,以生根多者 ,活性最大 ,生根少者 ,活性次之 ,只长愈伤组织而未生根者 ,活性最小 .
Using as material the twigs which tissue cultured from an individual Eucalyptus camaldulensis bud and cutting under non bacterium condition,some studies have been carried out on the relationships between their random striking roots of cutting and the activies of oxidase and peroxidase.The result showed that the activity of plyphenol oxidase reached the highest before the twigs were cut, and it decreased after that.Moreover with less striking roots,the activity of ploybhenol oxidase decreased more;it decreased less with less striking roots and the least with no roots for recovering tissuse.However the activity of peroxidase was not the case,in proportion of the more roots,the more activities,and the smallest happened to which recovering tissues with no roots.Based on this study a metabolizing control system of random striking roots was put forward in this essay.
