摘要
南通市崇川区校际间"一体化"教研,是对全区的教研力量实现多维度的整合,在全区范围内,形成多个层面的,各有侧重的教研共同体,尝试着在不同的范围,不同的学科发挥其引领与提升作用。统筹设计,个性扬长,是"一体化"教研的目标期待;课题牵头,课堂探究,是"一体化"教研的基本途径;素养打底,学科监控,是"一体化"教研的策略保障;片区协作,校际联盟,是"一体化"教研的自觉动作;金花引领,名师组团,是"一体化"教研的营养补充。
Interschool one -unity education research in Chongchuan District, Nantong City is accomplished by virtue of multi-dimensional integration of teaching research of the whole district, in which multi-level and different-focused communities are established in attempts to play guiding and facilitative roles in various domains and subjects. One-unity education research is expecting unified design and personality promotion, project orientation and classroom exploration as its basic approach, quality basis and subject monitoring as its strategical guarantee, collaboration between different districts and interschool alliances as its action, and gold flower guidance and famous teachers' group as its nutritious supplement.
