计及多频率调节因素的孤岛频率协调控制方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 相对于大电网支撑条件下系统频率变化特性,电力系统孤岛运行状态中频率变化的敏感性区别于传统频率变化特性。面向电网孤岛运行模式,考虑频率变化过程中发电机调节因素与负荷频率特性调节因素的综合约束,建立频率变化过程的动态模型,采用分段法综合分析发电机调速器模型与负荷频率特性的频率响应过程,提取影响因素的特征变量,并协调多特征变量的控制作用,提出针对于孤岛运行方式下频率控制方法。依据本地区实际电网作为仿真算例,搭建系统运行的仿真模型,应用提出的频率协调控制方法,形成相应的频率调节方案。仿真结果证明了该频率控制方法的可行性,提高了孤岛电网的安全稳定运行水平。 Against the power grid supported characteristics of system frequency variation, under the operation state of power system island, the sensitivity of the frequency variation is different from traditional frequency variation characteristics. This paper facing state of power system island, considering the comprehensive constraint of generator control factors and load frequency characteristic adjustment factors, established dynamic math model for frequency variation process, using stepwise method comprehensive to analyze the response process of generator control model and load frequency characteristics, extracting the feature variables of influence factors, and coordinating the control function of feature variables, puts forward the control method of frequency in the island operation mode. On the basis of an actual power grid in certain area, building the simulation model for system operation, applying the frequency coordination control method, forms the corresponding frequency regulation scheme. The simulation results proved that the frequency control method is feasible, enhancing the level of the safe and stable operation.
