基于垂直切换的SAE架构改进

摘要 为解决终端在各个异构网间频繁移动时的服务质量问题,本文以垂直切换为切入点,在架构中加入存储垂直切换判决所需的各个网络静态参数的信息模块,对需要垂直切换判决的终端,提供所需的静态参数,通过垂直切换算法联合网络的动态参数进行网络切换判决,使终端切换至更好的网络以满足用户要求。通过性能分析,改进后的架构能更有效地为用户选择高效的网络。 When terminals shift frequently among heterogeneous wireless access the issue about ver tical must be addressed. In this paper, vertical handover was used as the entry point to add the in- formation module into the architecture. The proposed module provided the needed static parameters for the terminals, which were needed for vertical handover judgment. The network handover judg- ment through vertical handover algorithm with network dynamic parameters was performed to make terminal handover to be better network to meet user's demand. Based on performance analysis, the reformed architecture can select advanced networks more effectively for users' need.
