摘要
教学与科研已成为当代研究型大学的两大重要任务,所以,既能在科学研究方面取得重要成果,又能将教学任务出色地完成,便成为当代大学教师的共同奋斗目标。如何才能成为科研与教学并重的优秀教师引起了越来越多的高等教育研究者的关注。从理清科研与教学的关系,运用科研与教学的相互促进作用,将教学、科研与实践相结合及不断进行反思与总结等4个方面,论述了高校教师如何从单一型转变为教学与科研并重的复合型教师。
Teaching and scientific research have become two important missions of the contemporary research- oriented university, so that gaining scientific achiever^ents and excellently finishing the teaching work are two aims of the university teachers. How to train excellent teachers is very important, who can lay equal stress on teaching and scientific research. This attracts the higher-education researchers' attention. This paper discusses how to train a university teacher laying equal stress on teaching and scientific research through four aspects as follows : clearing the relationship of the scientific research and teaching; making use of mutual promoted effects of the scientific research and teaching; combining teaching, research with practice and continously incessant re- flections and summarizing.
