On organizational structure for national integrated experimental and demonstration center of liberal arts: Thinking based on synergetic theory

系统的组织架构为系统的功能所决定,关乎系统的产生、发展和效率。从协同论视角分析,作为文科高等教育实验教学科研组织形式的国家级文科综合实验教学示范中心,其组织架构建立的基本规则是支撑和实现中心承载的功能,因而其必须是独立的教学科研机构。其组织架构的基本特征是建立学习型组织的扁平化结构。

The organizational structure of one system is determined by the function of this system. It matters the establishment, development and the efficiency. This article analyzes from the synergism angle, as a nation- al synthetic experimental teaching demonstration center for liberal arts the form of scientific research organiza tion. The basic rule for its organizational structure is to support and achieve the function that the center car- ries. Thus it has to be an independent teaching scientific research organization. So the essential feature of its organizational structure is to set up one flat-structure of learning organization.
