摘要
在研究现有科技创新实践基地建设经验的基础上,从管理体系、运行体系、保障体系、申报与审批机制和激励与淘汰机制等方面,建立了一种科技创新实践基地体系,在大学生创新实践基地的建设中取得了良好的效果。
This paper established a system of university students＇ technology innovation practice based on the research on current science and technology innovation practice base construction experience, which included management system, operating system, security system, report and approval mechanism, incentive and elimi- nated mechanism, and had a good effect on our university students＇ innovating practice base construction.
