Study on evaluation of paper's concentration ratio

以3个地学领域的国家重点实验室为例,分析了实验室SCI论文的学科分布情况和分区情况,可以看出,优秀的国家重点实验室不仅成果产出稳定,而且论文的集中性强,影响因子高,反映出优秀的国家重点实验室与普通实验室间的主要差别。借助成果分析,也说明了国家重点实验室更为合理和有效的人员规模和梯队建设策略。

Taking three State Key Laboratories in earth science field as an example, this paper analyzes the sub- ject distribution and partition of the laboratory＇s SCI paper, explains that the outstanding laboratory should not only have large numbers, but also high concentrated and high impact papers, which can reflect the distinc- tive difference between the outstanding laboratory and the general laboratory. At the same time, with the anal- ysis of the results, it is found what size and personnel structure are more reasonable and effective to a relatively mature state key laboratory.
