摘要
介绍了1种以自行火炮随动系统为背景,以永磁同步电机为执行元件的数字交流伺服系统的总体设计方案。该系统以矢量控制为理论基础,采用基于转子磁场定向的控制策略,选用DSP芯片TMS320F2812为控制核心构成全数字矢量控制伺服系统。针对随动系统工作电流大的特点,采用MOSFET器件构成功率逆变电路,实现大电流控制。仿真试验表明,系统具有较好的动态性能。
The design of digital AC servo system based on PMSM on the background of self-propelled artil- lery servo system is presented. This system uses magnetic field orienting control tactic based on the theory of vector control, using DSP CMOS chip TMS320F2812 as control core to design total-digital AC servo sys- tem. Aimed at the trait of servo system that work current is big, the MOSFET component is used to make up of power inverter circuit to control big circuit. It is proved that the system has good dynamic perform- ance by the simulation results.
