The Design of Practical Drawings Management of PDM Platform

通过研究火炮产品数据管理的现状,从图纸产生、图纸审核、图纸借阅流程及客户习惯等方面进行分析,提出了开发一种实用的软件管理产品二维图纸和三维模型电子文件的方法,按照产品数据管理的实际流程,定制了电子数据管理方案。通过使用FTP、数据库、Windows共享文件夹等时下流行、成熟的技术,设计了1套零件编码方案,并设计了一种根据该编码方案来控制操作权限的管理方法,开发了可提供丰富接口支持的以数据为核心架构的具有PDM图文管理功能的客户端软件。

Via researching present situation of data management of locomotive, we analyze drawings from different aspects such as producing drawings, verifying drawings, drawings borrow processes, customer habits and etc. A management method which deals with computer-file of 2D drawings and 3D models based on practical software is developed. According to the actual process of product data management, an elec- tronic data management solution is proposed. By using popular and mature technology such as FTP, data- base technology, Windows share folder and so on, a part encoding scheme is designed with a management method to control the operating authority and a client software driven by data with PDM graphic manage- ment features which can provide a rich interface support.
