梭罗沟二级水电站缆机牵引系统设计

摘要 缆索起重机牵引系统设计是整机设计的重要组成部分,牵引系统设计是否合理直接影响整机的工作性能和成本.针对梭罗沟二级水电站缆索起重机地形陡峭、视线坡角大、天车爬坡阻力大的特点,完成了牵引系统布置方案设计,计算得牵引索安装张紧力为20kN,根据额定起重量条件下天车运行阻力和滑轮运转阻力计算得牵引索工作时的最大张力为59.86kN,进而确定牵引索型号与强度校核;并完成牵引卷扬机各机构的选型设计.实践证明该缆机能满足工程要求,且经济合理. The design of cable crane pull system is a main part of the whole machine. The reasonable pull system design is definitely beneficial to the working performance and the cost. According to the characters of crane cable of Suoluogou Second Cascade Hydropower Station, such as steep terrain, big sight angle and vast resistance, the layout design of pull system is completed. We calculate the crab traversing rope installation tensioning force is 20 kN. On the basis of the maximum tension as 59.86 kN calculated from running resistance of the crab and the sheave when the rope is working under rated hoisting load, we can make sure the model and strength check of crab traversing rope, finishing the selection and design of every part of the traversing winch. The practice has proved that the cable crane can meet the project requirements, and is reasonable and economic.
