摘要
大容量超临界直流锅炉具有运行效率高、负荷适应性强的特点 ,是中国未来大型锅炉的发展方向 ,深入研究和掌握其动态特性是十分重要的。该文在以前研究的基础上 ,进一步建立了适用于全工况仿真的超临界直流锅炉的整体动态数学模型 ,通过数字仿真对某 6 0 0 MW超临界直流锅炉的动态特性进行了研究 ,并分析了仿真结果的合理性。结果表明 ,该数学模型是合理有效的。
A large capacity supercritical once through boiler has the advantages of high operating efficiency and strong load applicability. A dynamic mathematical model of a 600 MW supercritical once through boiler is developed to simulate large load changes and disturbances. The dynamic characteristics of the boiler were analyzed numerically using the model. The simulation results agree well with actually operating experience.
