摘要
随着"项目管理"在大型工程和复杂活动方面取得的成功,项目化运作理念渗透到高校教育、管理、服务的各个领域。对大学生社区志愿服务实行项目化运作可以提升服务绩效,结合社会调研从可行性和潜在风险正反两面进行了全面分析,并针对性地提出规避风险的对策。
With the rise of ＂project management＂ , project operation has been successfully applied in large projects and complex activities in every aspect of higher education. It can improve the performance of college students＇ volunteering community service. This paper presents a comprehensive feasibility study of the project operation and potential risks as well as risk-avoiding countermeasure.
