摘要
阻抗匹配技术在微波工程中十分重要。分析了四分之一波长阻抗变换器的T形等效电路,从而得到了双波段阻抗变换器的设计公式。利用该等效电路,将单频工作方式的四分之一波长阻抗变换器转变为双波段工作方式,以实现2个任意的频率点对任意电阻性负载实现理想的阻抗匹配。对该方法设计的阻抗变换器性能进行了仿真分析,结果显示该方法适用于工程应用。
The T shape equivalent circuit of the k0/4 impedance transformer is analyzed,and the dual-band impedance transformer design formula is obtained. This equivalent circuit can facilitate transforming of the λ0/4 impedance transformer at single frequency into dual-band. By this way, it can make witch perfectly match any resistive load at two arbitrary frequencies. The performance of the im- pedance transformer by this method is simulated and analyzed. Results show that it can be adaptable to engineering applications.
