摘要
用 2 2 77热活性检测系统测定了两株石油菌 (B 1,B 2 )在不同温度和酸度下的产热曲线 ,应用微生物在限制性条件下的生长模型 ,得到了细菌生长的产热曲线方程ln[Pm/P(t) - 1]=lnM -kt.求得了细菌的生长速率常数 ,建立了细菌的生长速率常数与温度和酸度之间的函数关系 ,得到了细菌生长的最低、最适、最高温度和最适酸度 .B 1生长的最低、最适、最高温度和最适酸度分别为 2 9.1℃ ,50 .7℃ ,54℃和pH7.15;B 2生长的最低、最适、最高温度和最适酸度分别为 2 8.5℃ ,51.4℃ ,56℃和 pH6 .91.
The thermogenesis curves of bacterial growth have been determined with various temperatures and acidities by using a 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor. The bacteria were isolated from the crude oil.A kinetic equation of bacterial growth at a limited condition has been used. A equation of a thermogenesis curve ln[ P m /P(t) -1]=ln M-kt has been derived .The growth rate constant of bacteria k has been calculated from linear regression analysis with the equation. The lowest, optimum, highest growth temperatures and the optimum acidity have been obtained. The data of the lowest, optimum, and highest growth temperatures are 29.1℃, 50.7℃, 54℃ respectively for B 1 , 28.5℃, 51.4℃, 56℃ respectively for B 2.The data of the optimum acidity are 7.15 and 6.91 for B 1 and B 2 respectively.
