广西电网电能质量智能监测分析系统的设计与实现

摘要 为加强全网电能质量管理,需建立一个覆盖广西电网的电能质量智能监测分析系统。该系统采用层次性结构设计,逻辑上为三级结构,物理上则按两层结构运行。系统具备数据监测采集、数据传输及处理、数据查询与分析、报表处理、Web应用和系统维护等功能,能够实现全网电能质量数据实时、高效、精确的监测目标,从而有助于相关人员掌握全网电能质量状况,及时提出防治措施,为进一步提高广西电网电能质量提供技术支撑。 In order to enhance the power quality management of whole power grid, a power quality intelligent monitoring system which covers Guangxi power grid is needed. The system has a design of hierarchical structure, which has three levels in logic, two layers in physic. The system has functions such as data monitoring and acquisition,data transmission and process, data searching and analysis, report handle, Web application and system maintenance and so on. The system can realize goals of real time, effective and accurate monitoring of power quality data, which are helpful for people concerned to master power quality status of whole power grid and propose the control measures. The system provides technique support for further improvement of power quality in Guangxi power grid.
