Discussion on Replacement Combination of 500 kV Transformer from Different Manufacturers

探讨不同厂家变压器组合使用上的原则。结合2009年8月份500 kV百色变电站C相主变压器故障后,采用其他厂家变压器成功替换恢复运行的经验以及运行后存在问题原因查找和实施措施来提炼总结。不同厂家变压器在满足变比、接线组别、容量上相同的前提下,优先考虑三侧额定短路阻抗值偏差最小、外形尺寸和重量接近的产品进行组合运行。

Principle of transformer combination from different manufacturers is discussed. After the C phase fault of main transformer in 500kV Baise substation in August 2009,it has been successfully replaced by the transformer from other manufacturer. Experiences, problems and implement measures after the replacement and operation are summarized. Under conditions of same ratio, wiring group and capacity, the transformer that has minimum deviation of rated short-circuit impedance value of three sides, and most close shape size and weight has the priority to be chosen to the replacement combination.
