摘要 研究国内风电场监控及远程监测系统的实际情况和存在问题,为风电场中央监控及远程监测系统的开发和建设提供指导。采用风电场的IEC61400-25标准进行系统建模,利用VS.NET开发工具,进行风电场中央监控及远程监测系统设计开发。从风电场的通信组网模式、风电场中央监控及远程监测系统的系统拓扑构到风电场监控系统的功能需求、数据分析统计功能,提供了一套完整的解决方案。风电场中央监控及远程监测系统需要像电网监控系统一样系统化、规范化、行业化。 The situation and problem of wind farm central control and remote monitoring system are analyzed to provide guidance for development and construction of the system. The system model of wind farm is built based on IEC61400-25,and the wind farm central control and remote monitoring system is designed and development by using VS.NET development tools. A complete set of solutions is proposed including the communication networking mode,the system topology,the function requirement and data analysis & statistics function of the system. Wind farm central control and remote monitoring system need to be systemlized, standardized, and industrialized like power grid monitoring system.
