摘要
目的:通过观察肥胖者腰臀比、皮褶厚度等相关形态指标,分析经络锻炼与健步走相结合的锻炼方法对肥胖人群健康促进的影响。研究对象及方法:80名肥胖者,年龄45~59岁,其中男、女各40人,参加经络锻炼与健步走练习3个月。研究结果:受试者的体重略有下降的趋势,第3个月的平均体重较实验前有显著性差异。BMI也呈下降的趋势,第3个月较实验前有显著性差异。实验后受试者的腰围较实验前有显著性差异。臀围第2个月和第3个月较实验前有显著性差异。腰臀比第3个月较实验前有显著性差异。肱三头肌皮摺厚度平均值较第3个月较实验前有显著性差异。结论:经络锻炼与健步走练习对肥胖者体重和身体形态有良好影响。
On the basis of the body shape indexes of waist-hip ratio and skinfold thickness of the obesity people, the paper analyses the influence of meridians practice and walking exercise on the health of the obesity people. 80 obesity people aged from 45 to 59 of which 40 people are men and 40 people are women take part in the three-month practice of meridian practice and walking practice. The weights of the subjects become less and their weight after three months of practice decrease significantly so does the BMI. The waist-hip ratio of the subjects decrease signifi- cantly after the experiment. The waist-hip ratio of the subjects after three mouths of practice changes significantly. Tricep skin fold thickness after three months of practice changes significantly. The paper proposes that the meridian practice and walking exercise have positive influence on the weight and body shape of the obesity people.
