输精管金属环节育术效果及安全性的流行病学调查

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDIES ON EFFECT AND SAFETY OF VAS DEFERENS RING-GLIP VASOLIGATION

作者采用回顾性群组研究的方法对输精管金属环节育术的效果和安全性进行了流行病学评价。共调查了6省2028例受术对象,成功率为99.4％。生命表法分析第60顺序月累积成功率为99.34％。术后6个月内的并发症:切口渗血(0.54％)、精索血肿和阴囊血肿(0.35％)、切口感染(0.74％)、精索炎(0.15％)、附睾炎(0.05％)。远期的并发症和副作用:痛性结节(0.64％)、附辜淤积(2.81％)、阴囊坠痛(0.39％)、附睾精索痛(0.30％)。应用多元Logistic回归分析的结果显示,术后并发症和副作用的发生与术时遇到困难和切开输精管有关,采用大量突击的手术方式或施术者不熟练时,其发生率高。调查数据进一步证实,输精管金属环节育术具有安全、有效、简便、经济的优点,是一种非常有推广价值的男性节育新技术。

The effect and safety of vas deferens ring-clip vasoligation were epidemiologically evaluated in a retrospective group study. In 6 provinces 2028 men who received such operations were investigated, with a success rate of 99.4％. In the 60th sequential month cumulative success rate was 99.34％ by life table analysis. Within six months after operations the complications were oozing of blood in incisional wound (0.54％), hematoma of spermatic cord and scrotum (0.35％), infection of incisional wound (0.74％), spermatitis (0.15％) and epididymitis (0.05％). Remote complications and side effects were vasitis node(0.64％), epididymal deposit (2.81％), dragging pain in scrotum (0.39％)and the pain in epididymis and spermatic cord (0.30％). Multivariate logistic regression analysis was carried out. The results showed that the postoperative complications and side effects were associated with the difficulties in the procedure of operation and the incision of vas deferens, the incidence of which was higher when the operations were massively performed and the operators did not use the technique skilfully. The data provided by this study confirm that vas deferens ring-clip vasoligation is safe, effective, simple and ecopomical. It is a new vasoligation for men and it has a popularized value.
