摘要
面对竞争日益激烈的教育培训市场,综合性普通高校教育培训机构要坚持面向市场,面向未来,以市场需求为导向,打造教育培训品牌。本文在分析高校教育培训核心竞争力的基础上,提出了高校教育培训发展的策略。
The core competence of education training institutions mainly lies in the R&D capaci- ty and organizing and implementing ability of education training projects. Ideas, management system and educational resources are the main factors that affect the construction and implication of the core completence of education training institutions. In the face of competitive education training market, comprehensive college education training institutions should be market -oriented and future -orien- ted, focus on institutional and capacity construction, strengthen the construction of core compe- tence. It is important to build a modem education training management system which can fully adapt to and reflect the market demand through the connotative path that emphasizes on quality and effi- ciency, and eventually form the educational brand image with distinctive features of the university it- self and relatively high cultural taste pursuit.
