The vocational identity of community young adult involves professional ideal and ori- entation, vocational motivation and strategies of applying for a job. Based on the representation and interpretation of their vocational identity, the government should focus on decent work and protect the rights and interests of workers, community young adults should regard themselves as the subjects of their career development, and career guidance practitioners should emphasize the participation of youth and constrncfivism guidance.
