试析自考助学学生学校归属感的构建

随着我国高等教育的发展,自学考生的人数不断增加,而自考助学作为自学考试的重要形式,尚且存在许多的问题。自考助学生是一个特殊的群体,由于本身受环境家庭的影响,自考助学生表现出学校归属感的缺失,要改变这种状况,需要加强班级管理及师生间互动学习,学校资源利用上要平等对自考助学生开放,加强入学教育以及转变社会观念,正确看待自考助学生。
