脑弥漫性轴索损伤的影像诊断进展 被引量:4

摘要 弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuse axonal injury,DAI),俗称脑白质剪切伤,是以弥漫性神经轴索和毛细血管损伤为特征的原发性脑损伤。随着交通和建筑业的蓬勃发展,DAI在颅脑损伤中所占的比例直线上升,为重型脑损伤的一种,病情急,死亡率高,早期正确诊断对于急症处理非常重要。近年来,一些影像技术的发展,特别是CT、MRI不断运用于临床,对DAI的早期诊断起到了积极地推动作用。
