阿奇霉素眼科应用进展 被引量：4

摘要 阿奇霉素为目前世界上唯一已上市的15元环大环内酯类抗生素,由红霉素合成而来,在眼科,阿奇霉素口服作为世界卫生组织推荐的治疗沙眼的策略有药;而基于阿奇霉素的广谱抗菌活性,外用制剂有望治疗细菌性化脓性结膜炎。[1]现检索阿奇霉素眼水内外文献,综述如下。1.阿奇霉素眼水的概述1.1阿奇霉素药理学研究1.1.1一般药理学：阿奇霉素为15元环大环内酯类抗生素,通过与50s核糖体的亚单位结合及阻碍细菌转肽过程,
