摘要
文章基于ANSYS有限元APDL语言建立了在车载作用下钢桥面铺装层力学参数化仿真计算模型,并通过某连续钢箱梁桥面铺装体系的力学特性分析对模型的合理性进行验证;采用关键因素正交敏感性分析方法确定钢桥面铺装层的关键影响参数;通过大量的有限元仿真计算和逐步线性回归方法给出钢桥面铺装层主要力学特性指标的快速计算公式;对得到的快速计算公式进行统计检验和经验检验,检验结果表明,该快速计算方法的精度能满足工程设计的需要。
In this paper, the FEM parameter model of steel bridge deck surfacing was established based on APDL program- ming language of ANSYS. The model validity was proved by mechanical analysis of the deck pavement on a continuous steel box girder bridge. Therefore, key factors of the deck surfacing mechanical characteristic were determined within the regular use level of structural design parameters using orthogonal sensitivity analysis. At the same time, the rapid calculation formules of main mechanical indexes of steel bridges deck pavement were obtained by large numbers of FEM calculations and regression theory. Finally, the rapid computation formulas were tested by statistical method and experience. The results show good accuracy and rationality and could satisfy the needs of design.
