摘要
针对桥面铺装防水粘结层界面强度评价方法进行研究。结果表明:新型附着力拉拔试验可有效反映粘结层与桥面板之间的粘结能力,对于碎石撒布防水粘结层可应用公式实现界面粘结强度与层间剪切强度的换算,对于重载和大跨度桥梁结构,防水层拉拔强度指标分别为常温1.0MPa,高温0.7MPa。
The evaluation method of interface strength of bridge deck paving waterproofing adhesive layer was investigated. Results show that the bonding capacity between adhesive layer and bridge deck can be reflected effectively from new adhe- sion pull test. A formula can be applied to achieve the conversion of the interfacial bond strength and interlaminar shear strength for waterproofing adhesive layer with gravel spreading. For overload and long-span bridge structure, the pull strength indicators are 1.0 MPa ( normal temperature) and 0.7 MPa ( high temperature) separately.
