环境因子对转基因鱼腥藻7120生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了培养瓶规格、光照时间、光质以及温度对转基因鱼腥藻7120生长的影响,结果表明:在 5 %接种量下,培养瓶规格越小,越有利于藻体的生长;藻体的生长以每天 18 h的光暗交替的光照时间最好;单色光对藻体的生长以蓝光效果最好;藻体生长的最佳温度为25~30℃. Effects of environmental factors on growth of recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120 were studied. The results showed that the smaller the batch culture size was, the better the recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120 grew. Light is necessary for growth, and the optimal illumination time is 18 hours per day. Blue light has best effects on the recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120's growth. The optimal temperature is 25 -30℃.
