摘要
没食子酸雨酯和L-抗坏血酸分别与不同的富马酸单酯酰氯反应,制得5种3,4-二羟基-5-(反-β-烷氧羰基丙烯酰氧基)苯甲酸雨酯和6种反-β-烷氧羰基丙烯酸-6-L-抗坏血酸酯.这些新化合物具有良好的抗氧化和抗菌活性。
Five new compounds propyl ester of 3, 4-dihydroxy-5-(trans-β-alkoxycar- bonylacryloxy)benzoic acids and six new compounds 6-L-ascorbyl ester of trans-β-alkoxy- carbonylacrylic acids were prepared by reacting propyl gallate or L-ascorbic acid with different fumaric monoalkylester acyl chloride respectively. These new compounds possess good antioxygenic and antibiotic activities simultaneously.
