摘要
没食子酸雨酯和Ｌ－抗坏血酸分别与不同的富马酸单酯酰氯反应，制得５种３，４－二羟基－５－（反－β－烷氧羰基丙烯酰氧基）苯甲酸雨酯和６种反－β－烷氧羰基丙烯酸－６－Ｌ－抗坏血酸酯．这些新化合物具有良好的抗氧化和抗菌活性。
Five new compounds propyl ester of 3, 4-dihydroxy-5-(trans-β-alkoxycar- bonylacryloxy)benzoic acids and six new compounds 6-L-ascorbyl ester of trans-β-alkoxy- carbonylacrylic acids were prepared by reacting propyl gallate or L-ascorbic acid with different fumaric monoalkylester acyl chloride respectively. These new compounds possess good antioxygenic and antibiotic activities simultaneously.
