Study on Synthesis of Biodegradable Materials of Polylactide

以丙交酯为原料，在辛酸亚锡催化下通过开环聚合反应制得了聚左旋丙交酯（ＰＬＬＡ）．应用差示扫描热分析（ＤＳＣ）、红外光谱（ＩＲ）、核磁共振（１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ）、Ｘ－射线衍射和扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）等手段分析了聚合物的结构与性能．并详细论述了丙交酯的纯度、催化剂用量、聚合温度和聚合时间对ＰＬＬＡ的相对分子质量的影响．

Poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) has been synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide (L-LA) initiated with stannous octoate. The structures and properties of the polymer have been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infrared spectroscopy (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and X-ray diffraction. The paper studies the influences of purification of L-LA, quantity of catalyst, temperature and time of polymerization on the molecular weights (MW) of PLLA.
