摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞在一定的条件下可以分化为具有特定功能的细胞系,作为种子细胞参与骨缺损的修复,显示了良好的应用前景。氧预处理是种子细胞在种植到支架材料前,为改善细胞生存和适应能力所采取的措施,旨在减少或防止种子细胞丢失。本文就经过氧预处理的骨髓间充质干细胞联合支架材料修复骨缺损的研究进展进行综述。
Bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC) are adult stem cells and can be differentiated into specific cell lines under certain conditions. BMSC as seed cells have showed good prospect in the reconstruction of bone defects. Oxygen Precondition with subsequent stress is carried out before planting scaffold materials to improve the cell survival and adaptation, so as to reduce or prevent the loss of seed cells. In this paper, the effects of BMSC after oxygen preconditioning combining scaffold materials in the reconstruction of bone defects were reviewed.
