处方点评专家组在提高处方质量中的作用

Drug Rational Use Improvement by the Prescription Comment Experts Group in Our Hospital

抽取我院专家组干预前(2010年7～12月)和专家组干预后(2011年7～12月)的门诊处方各1200张,以《处方管理办法》等为依据,对处方的基本指标、不规范处方、不适宜处方、超常规处方进行对比分析。结果表明处方点评专家组对提高处方合格率,促进床合理用药有持续改进作用。

To explore the role of prescription comment experts group in the continuous improvement of drug rational use, 1200 outpatient prescriptions were respectively collected before the experts group intervention （Jul. -Dec. in 2010） and after the experts group intervention （Jul. -Dec. in 2011）. According to the Prescription Management and Hospital Prescription Comment Management Practice （trial）, prescriptions were analyzed comparatively for their basic index and the proportion of nonstandard, inappropriate or extraordinary prescriptions. The proportion of rational prescriptions increased from （75.2±7.9）% （before the intervention） to （95.0±2.8）% （after the intervention）. The ratio of inappropriate prescriptions decreased from 38.6% to 25.0% and the ratio of extraordinary ones decreased from 44.3% to 30.0%. The establishment of prescription commenl experts group can reduce the proportion of inappropriate and extraordinary prescriptions, increase the rate of rational prescriptions and improve the clinical use of drugs.
