门诊患者抗菌药物使用现状调研

Current Situation of Antibiotics Use in Outpatients

抗菌药物滥用情况日趋严峻,全人类正面临严重的细菌耐药问题。本文旨在了解门诊患者抗菌药物使用情况,并分析影响合理使用的因素。在前期设计调查问卷,采用单纯随机抽样方法进行调查,并在量化分析调查结果的基础上,发现门诊患者对抗菌药的了解程度与性别、年龄、学历有较大关系,并主张加强对患者的宣教,提高抗菌药物的合理使用。

The situation of abuse of antibiotics among outpatients is severe, human are confronted with the prolem of bacterial resistance. By understanding the situation of antibiotics based on outpatients of our hospilal and analyzing the factors that influence the rational use uf antibiotics, based on a survey by means of simple random sampling with the designed questionnaire and quantitized results, this paper found that the outpatients knowledge about antibiotics is strongly related to their gender, age and education background. And the knowledge of antibiotics should be spread among the outpatients to improve the ralional use of antibiutics.
