摘要
研究了粗 N-羟乙基哌嗪 (含 N,N-二羟乙基哌嗪 )为原料进行催化环合合成三乙烯二胺的反应 .筛选制备了一系列的催化剂 ,并分析它们的催化性能 ,发现采用含 Ba2 + 的 Sr HPO4为催化剂 ,在适宜反应条件下可使原料转化率接近 10 0 % ,三乙烯二胺的选择性达 88%以上 ,且该催化剂在连续反应 2 0 0 h后 。
WT5”BZ]The catalytic cyclization of crude N hydroxyethyl piperazine (contaning N,N dihydroxyethyl piperzaine) to triethylenediamine was investigated.A series of catalysts were prepared and examined.It was found when SrHPO 4 containing Ba 2+ was employed as catalyst,the conversion of the starting material reached almost up to 100% and triethylenediamine was afforded over 88% yield under the optimized reaction conditions and the catalyst keeps stable during 200 hours reactions.
