摘要
首次以无机盐 Al Cl3· 6 H2 O为原料 ,制得 γ- Al OOH溶胶 ,采用电泳法制备微孔Al2 O3陶瓷膜 ;研究了影响电泳沉积成膜速率的因素如沉积电流 -沉积时间和沉积速率 -沉积时间的关系及电极种类对电泳过程的影响 ;探讨了γ- Al
WT5”BZ]The technique of Electrophoretic Deposition (ED) was used to form Al 2O 3 microporous membranes.The forming of ED was investigated.Experimental results show that the process of ED was composed of two steps of electrophoretic migration in slurry and electrochemical reaction on the charged electrode,in which the slower step controlled the ED rate.Diagrams of γ AlOOH colloidal groups and the electrochemical reactions took place on the deposited electrode are proposed.The effects of applied voltage,deposition time and the electrode used in the ED processing are discussed.
