开环聚合制备硅橡胶/蒙脱土复合材料的研究

STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF SILICONE RUBBER/MONTMORILLONITE COMPOSITES BY RING-OPENING POLYMERIZATION

摘要 以八甲基环四硅氧烷和蒙脱土为原料 ,采用单体插层开环聚合方法 ,制备了硅橡胶 /蒙脱土复合材料 .研究了阳离子开环聚合中引发剂的选择 ,讨论了引发剂、填料、反应条件对聚合反应以及聚合产物性能的影响 .实验表明 ,蒙脱土对阴离子开环聚合有阻聚作用 ,酸性白土是阳离子开环聚合较为理想的引发剂 。 WT5”BZ]In this paper,silicone rubber/montmorillonite composites were synthesized using octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane and montmorillonite as raw materials via monomer intercalation ring opening polymerization.In cationic polymerization,we studied several kinds of initiator,and discussed the effect of fillers and reaction conditions on the reaction rate as well as the properties of products.The results indicated that,montmorillonite had inhibition effect on the anionic ring opening polymerization.In cationic polymerization,acid clay was found to be an ideal initiator.Furthermore,the content of fillers and reaction conditions also had significant influence on polymerization.
