摘要 针对钛合金材料短裂纹扩展寿命较长的特点,基于Brown-Hobson模型的疲劳全寿命计算模型,给出了钛合金球壳疲劳寿命估算的解决方案.根据不含交叉项的二次响应面法对全寿命模型进行可靠性分析,得出不同参数对其可靠度指标的影响,并将此方法应用于我国正在研制中的4.5km级载人深潜器的疲劳分析中.根据载荷-循环次数历程对其进行确定性裂纹扩展分析,在此基础上分析了不同参数对结构可靠性的影响. Considering that the short crack propagation life of titanium alloy is longer, based on total fa- tigue life model of Brown-Hobson model, this paper presented a solution to the total fatigue life prediction for titanium alloy spherical. The paper analyzed the total fatigue life model for reliability with non-cross terms quadratic response surface method, gave the impact of different parameters on the reliability index. The method is applied to the fatigue analysis of 4.5 km manned submersible which is under development. The deterministic analysis was carried out according to the load-time spectrum and then the influence of different parameters on the structure stability was analyzed, which has important significance on the fa- tigue design of the manned submersible.
