Research of Multifunctional E-mail System on SMTP Control

探讨了IIS中SMTP服务组件的处理机制 ,包括邮件的存储机制、本地邮件和远程邮件的接受和发送机制、SMTP服务中的安全机制 ,并介绍了如何结合IIS中的SMTP服务组件和ASP技术来构建小型的邮件服务系统 .还讨论了引入CTI来扩展邮件服务系统功能 ,实现语音邮件、传真邮件。

Both Intranet office system and Electronic commerce system need to be supported by E mail system. A small multifunctional E mail system is introduced, which is built on SMTP service in IIS, ASP technology and CTI technology. The mechanism of SMTP service in IIS is also explored, such as E mail storage, local and Internet E mail′s sending and receiving and system security. And the CTI technology is also discussed. By using professional voice board, the E mail system can handle voice E mail and fax E mail, sending and receiving by telephone or computer. Another brilliant function of this E mail system is to call One′s BP when new E mails coming into his mailbox.
