摘要
导出了含V低合金钢的屈服强度增量△σp与桥出相倾粒平均直径dp、颗粒体积分数fv之间的数值关系式.在一定温度范围内,当等温湿度降低时,dp是单调减少的,△σp是单调增加的,而fV在PTT曲线的鼻部730℃附近最大.在低合金钢的成份设计时,就析出强化而言应考虑析出相的理想化学配比式和析出相的脱溶一溶解曲线关系.
Suggested is the mathematical relationship among yield strength increment ,precipitation phase volume precent fv and precipitation phase average radius dP in low alloy steel containing V. The dp is monotonously decreased while △σp monotonously increased when isothermal temperature is decreased at a certain temperature range. The fv achieves its maximum on PTT curve's nose when isothermal temperature is about 730℃. As far as precipitation strengthening is concerned,the relation between ideal chemical calculation formula and de-precipitated-precipitated curve of precipitation should be taken into consideration when designing low alloy steel's chemical compositions.
