胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换的研究

STUDY OF SISTER CHROMATID EXCHANGES IN PERIPHERAL LYMPHOCYTES OF THE PATIENTS WITH CARCINOMAS OF THE STOMACH

本文报道了胃癌患者22例,胃癌患者的一级健康亲属8例,健康正常对照25例的SCE值、发生一次、两次及两次以上交换的染色体数。胃癌患者组中期相计数563个,5478条染色体受累,SCE/中期相(X±S,下同)为11.5177±3.129。一级亲属组中期相计数200个,1452条染色体受累,SCE/中期相为8.0900±1.1804。正常对照组共计中期相607个,2613条染色体受累,SCE/中期相为4.6124±0.9880。正常对照组与患者组比较t=10.1600,P<0.001;与一级亲属组比较t=8.2073,P<0.001。一级亲属组与患者组相比t=2.9130,P<0.01。

The SCE numbers,the numbers of chromosomes which exchanged once, twice and more were analyzed in 22 patients with stomach carcinomas,8 healthy first degree relatives of the patients and 25 healthy normal controls. The counted metaphases were 563,200 and 607; the involved chromosomes were 5478,1452 and 2613;thc mean frequency of SCE per metaphase were 11.5177±3.129,8.0900±1.1804 and 4.6424±0.9880 in the three groups,respectively. There were significant differences in the mean frequency of SCE between the normal controls and the patient group,the normal controls and the first degree relatives as well as the first degree relatives and the patient group.
