摘要
在总结山东省寿光市五台镇农民日光温室黄瓜高产栽培经验的基础上 ,分析了各项技术对改善生长环境及叶片光合特性的作用。研究结果表明 ,高产栽培技术的实施 ,提高了土壤的肥力水平 ,增加了室内CO2 浓度 ,延长了植株叶片高光合速率的时间 ,黄瓜功能叶片的光补偿点降低 ,光饱和点升高 ,羧化能力加强 ,并延缓了叶片的衰老 ,从而为日光温室黄瓜高产技术提供了科学依据。
By improving on cultivated measures of cucumber grown in lean to solar greenhouse,the yield of cucumber has been increased greatly. In order to find out the reasons of increasement in cucumber yield,the photosynthetic characteristic of leaves from the plant were studied by using high yield cucumber as treatment and general yield as CK. The results showed that light compensation point of the function leaf of high yield cucumber was lower than CK and light saturation point was higher than CK. Carboxyl efficiency was 3 times more than CK but the photo quantum yield is 0.89 times of CK.Under high temperature photosynthetic rate of high yield cucumber still keep at high level but the photosynthetic rate of CK dropped appa rently. And the senescence of high yield cucumber was slower than that of CK.
